Recruitment in Northwich and Cheshire

A local starting point for your next hire

Findu is based at Brickfield Business Centre in Northwich. We welcome enquiries from employers and candidates across Cheshire. Our starting point is a conversation about the work, the person and the conditions that help a good match succeed. We are a growing recruitment business, so we will confirm whether we can support your particular vacancy before agreeing a search.

What Cheshire employers can tell us

A useful brief goes beyond a job title. Tell us the main responsibilities, the skills someone must bring, the salary range, working hours, location and hiring timetable. If the role involves travel, shifts or working at different sites, make those expectations clear from the start. For office-based and hybrid roles, specify the actual workplace and required attendance rather than simply describing the job as flexible.

Hiring beyond the nearest postcode

Think about the journey a candidate will make as well as the distance on a map. Parking, public transport, start times and predictable hours can all affect whether a role is practical. We can discuss these requirements when shaping the brief. We do not claim a branch in every Cheshire town or an existing pool of candidates for every sector.

For candidates based in Cheshire

Tell us the work you want, the experience you bring and the locations you can realistically reach. Include your preferred hours and any workplace arrangements that matter to you. There are no live vacancies advertised at present. Registering your interest helps us understand what you are looking for; it does not guarantee a job, interview or placement.
