Our Story

The Spark Behind FindU

FindU was born from personal experience. One of our founders, having navigated the challenges of ADHD in the workplace, knew firsthand how difficult it can be to find opportunities that truly recognise your strengths. Too often, neurodivergent individuals are overlooked or misunderstood — not just in recruitment, but in workplaces and society as a whole. That’s why FindU was created: to give everyone a fair chance, regardless of how their brain works. We’re passionate about opening doors, championing neurodiversity, and supporting people in finding roles where they can thrive. Because talent comes in many forms, and we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to shine.

Findu began with two driven founders who wanted to create something truly meaningful. Both coming from a sales, recruitment and corporate relationship background, we understood what it was like to work tirelessly and feel undervalued by systems focused only on numbers.

We dreamed of more than just hitting commission targets—we wanted to make a genuine difference. That’s how Findu came to life.
